Custom orders

How do I customize an order on the website?

To find out which products are customizable, please visit the following link: Customizable clothing. If the product you want is not in this collection or on our website, send us a message on Instagram (@brodame.ca) detailing what you'd like to order. A link will then be sent to you to proceed to payment, as if it were a transaction on the website.

What if the item I want to order is not on the website?

If the item you want to order is not available on our website, please contact us by messaging us on Instagram and give us the following information: 

- What you want embroidered and the size (with visuals)

- Item type and size

- Color of garment and embroidery

- The size of the garment

 

We will then quote you a price including taxes and shipping. If you are satisfied with the price, we will proceed to payment by interac transfer, credit card or Paypal, whichever suits you best.

Can I have a garment with a custom logo made?

Yes, we can. If you have a logo and would like to have it embroidered on a garment, we can do it. Please contact us by email at info@brodame.comor by Instagram messenger and provide us with the following details: 

- Embroidery logo and size

- Type and size of item to be embroidered

- Garment color and embroidery color(s)

 

We will be able to provide you with a price based on this information. However, if graphic design is required, an additional fee will be charged. 

What are the delivery times?

For products that are not personalized, the production lead time is 1 to 3 days. For customized items, the lead time can be up to 5 days. 

In both cases, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.

Companies

What are the production lead times?

For any order size, production lead times for embroidery are 2 to 4 weeks after payment of at least 50% of the total. The lead time depends on the quantity of items to be produced and the logo in question. 

 

For screen printing, production lead times are 3 to 6 weeks after payment of at least 50% of the total. The lead time depends on the quantity of items to be produced and the logo in question. 

 

Delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada, via Canada Post. 

Do you produce large quantities?

Yes, we produce large quantities! We have no minimum or maximum for embroidery. There is, however, a minimum of 12 pieces with the same logo for screen printing.

What are your prices?

Our prices vary according to the quantity of items you want, your logo, the number of colors and the graphic design fee, if applicable. The higher the order volume, the lower the prices. Some charges are fixed, regardless of quantity.

How can I get a quote?

You can obtain a quote by filling out the quote request form. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to learn more about your project and provide you with a more accurate quote.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

For purchases on our website:

We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We take payment only when the order is placed. We also accept PayPal. 

 

For large-scale and/or corporate purchases:

We accept interac transfer, direct deposit or credit card. Ask our team to determine the method of payment for your order, according to your preferences. 

 

How do I get my money back?

Refunds are made within 5 to 7 days of receipt of returned items. Please note that your bank may take a few days to process the refund in your account. That said, please allow 10 to 15 working days after returning your items for updates on your refund. We will contact you by e-mail to notify you that your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account if you wish to access your order history, the items in your cart and your saved payment details for your next visit. Creating an account is quick and easy. Visit https://brodame.com/account/register and follow the instructions.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

An e-mail is sent to you as soon as you place an order. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact info@brodame.com in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your junk mail before contacting us.

How do I add an item to an order I've already placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or add an item to your order once it has been placed. You'll have to place a new order, which we'll send with the first.

When will my order arrive?

Since our team produces each order, it may take longer for your order to be dispatched. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for your order to be produced, and 1 to 3 working days for delivery. If after 2 weeks you have still not received your order, please contact us at info@brodame.com .

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Canada and the United States via Canada Post and USPS. 

How much does delivery cost?

In Canada, delivery costs are $6.99 for orders placed on the website, and free for orders of $150 or more. For delivery of group and corporate orders, the cost varies according to the size of the order. 

It is also possible to pick up your order at our Drummondville boutique by selecting the "pick up at boutique" option.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. A shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with your order tracking number as soon as we ship your order. Please contact us at info@brodame.com if you have not received a tracking email.

**An order processing email is also sent to you; this means that your order has been produced by our team. It has not yet been shipped. 

Exchanges and refunds

Can I exchange or refund items from my order?

No personalized garment can be exchanged or refunded, unless it is a mistake by our team such as the wrong size, the wrong logo, the wrong color or there is a defect in the garment, such as a hole or stain.

If the item to be exchanged or returned is available as is on our website, it can be exchanged or refunded in-store or by post. Please note, however, that the cost of return postage is at your own expense.

How do I return an item?

Please contact info@brodame.com with your order number, the item to be returned or exchanged and the reason for the return, within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will, however, cover the cost of packaging and delivery for the return. 

How long does a return take?

Returns to our warehouse take between 2 and 7 working days. We process the refund within 5 days of receipt of the return. Delays may be longer due to the processing time of your bank's refund.
